     -->- Earning/Awarding/Reception of achievements awards has been a 'fuzzy' and unclear process. I expected our Tiger to receive 15-20 awards tonight and there were none presented. What's up with that? Now there are no more meetings, i.e., no recogition
     -->- continue lots of camping
     -->- providing an overview of activities and events carries out through the year for newbies - esp Tiger Den / Akela - Trailblazer campout - very difficult to participate in event within a day! esp. being in line, either make it for 2 days or add more equipment/resources
     -->- more Go See It activities
     -->- continue having Pack meetings about once every two months
     -->- appreciate leaders for their time and patience
     -->- My son has had a great time. My current work schedule caused us to miss a lot this year that we wont miss next year
     -->- very well organized, several activities, great leadership

     -->- Den Leadership change led to good organization, but lack of explanation to the boys of why they were doing what they were doing

     -->- He has a great time and has learned many valuable lessons. As a first time Scout parent I had a little trouble figuring things out. It seemed to me the communications were for parents with "previous experience"

If a friend asked you about joining Scouting, would you tell him that he should join Pack 148? Please explain your answer:
     -->- great involvement and leadership
     -->- Pack 148 is a great Cub Scout Pack. The boys work together and have a lot of fun.

     -->- Excellent program and learning for kids (for Akela too!)
     -->- have already recommended Pack. Pack and Den are organized.

     -->- Pack 148 was really good at encouraging boys to do their best
     -->- good size, good leadership, active participation from parents
     -->Pack 148 is fairly organized and the leaders make sure the Scouts accomplish essential tasks or goals

How would you rate our monthly Pack meetings?

     -->- keep it flowing
     -->- wet bar and cocktail waitress?
     -->- Perfect. Continue what you are doing. A PA system would be a good addition.
     -->- slow moving difficult to hear due to lots of extraneous noise. A microphone and its proper use would help
     -->- I know it takes time but I'd like to see belt loops and arrowheads awards recognized
     -->- I feel like there have been too many this year
     -->- keep it at one hour max
     -->- glad that awards have become more abbreviated. Keep the special recognitions, but individual beads can be given in Den meetings.
     -->- hard for our son to keep interested if his den isn't involved
     -->- Time Management - I know it's close to impossible but a few times we actually got out before 8:00pm

     -->- strong program
     -->- communication handled very well
     -->- very good activities. encouraging to my son who is very shy. Teaches great leadership skills
     -->- would like to see a larger den group
     -->- my son's meetings this year have been fun, engaging, well organized
     -->- planned well and fun
     -->- better explanation of why activities were being done. more excitement from the den leaders.
     -->- could use better/more parent supervision

 
 
Do you feel like the Leadership of the Pack is taking the Pack in a positive direction?

     -->- great leadership from the top down
     -->- more potato guns
     -->- Mr and Mrs Kathman are passionate about their voluntary Den positions and it shows each meeting - our son loves it!
     -->- I love the increase in Pack hikes and family camp outs
     -->- leaders show the sense of responsibilty
     -->- the strength of this Pack is its leadership
     -->- I hate to see the changes. It will be hard to replace leaders that are leaving. I'm sure parents will step up to keep the pack moving in the right direction.

     -->- I'd like to see more trips and camping

     -->- I know this is tough but something water-related i.e. boating or swimming, return to Yorktown in December

     -->- good variety. Schedules are difficult with multiple children with other commitments
     -->- came to den late so didn't ahve a chance to take part in the any of the field trips, but would like to do that more

     -->- I would like more community based projects to encourage or inspire the Scouts to be of service to the community and/or abroad

     -->- maybe some more cultural activities - plays, museums, concerts

     -->- hope there will be a trip to Charleston SC this year to camp at Patriot's Point

     -->- very well done!
     -->- love the email communication
     -->- emails should continue. Good source of communication
     -->- would like to see more emails, make sure parents complete all info in Scout Track
     -->- continue keeping the announcements on Den meeting nights short and to the point
     -->- start web page with calendar
     -->- some of the announcements on when fees were due for camping were at the last minute --> email at end of week saying money was due Monday
     -->- perhaps have a sheet with dates of upcoming activities and dates to hand out to parents at meetings. It's hard to keep track of dates during "announcements"
